Important Information about COVID-19

At Shuzu Lab we are aware of the current situation caused by COVID-19. Our entire team is making a huge effort to try to provide the best possible service and ensure the health of our customers, partners, suppliers and employees. For this reason we have made the decision to temporarily pause the order shipping service and close our headquarters.

Can I keep shopping in ShuzuLab.com?

Yes, you can continue to purchase, in any way, orders will not be shipped until our headquarters is reopened.

I placed an order, when will you ship it?

What will happen is the following:

  • You can continue shopping in ShuzuLab.com as normal.
  • We will reserve the product you have purchased until you can ship it safely.
  • Once we reopen our plant we will ship the order in the shortest possible time.

Can I cancel an order?

If you have placed an order and it has not yet been shipped you can cancel it by contacting our customer support team in the email customerservice@shuzulab.com. Once the order is cancelled we will execute a full refund within a maximum of 5 business days.

How can I return an order if your head office is closed?

Our plant remains temporarily closed to ensure the health of our equipment. As long as this situation is maintained we cannot receive returns of orders. As soon as it is safe we will re-enable this service by being flexible with the orders affected by the current situation.

What happens if I exceed the return period due to COVID-19?

We have extended the return period to 30 days. As we certainly do not know how long this situation will be extended, we ask you to inform our customer service department of your situation and we will give you personalized attention.

When will things return to normal?

It is very difficult to specify a date back to normal. Until this happens we will continue to analyze the situation to restore service as soon as possible.
