¿Can I cancel, modify or return my order?

-          To request a change or return, please contact our Customer Service through the contact formo r by calling (+34) 928 140 998.


-          Send us the ítem within 15 days after purschase.

-          The shipping costs in changes and returns will be paid by the Customer, unless it is a tare, in which case, you will recieve the amount by the same form of payment used in your purchase.

-          Changes and returns are allowed as long as they are in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels.


-          Refund will be made upon receipt of the package, and may take between 1-5 days.

-          Refund will be made through the same form of payment used in your purchase.

¿What are the types of shipping?

At the momento we offer standard shipping. Between 3-5 business days for shipments in the Canary Islands.

¿How can I pay my purchases?

With a credit or debit cardo r by bank transfer. Please note that payment by transfer has a delay in shipping. The order will be sent when the transfer becomes effective (2 or 3 business days). We are working to make more payment methods available for you.

I cannot find my size or the color I like ¿What can I do?

When a product is not available, a text appears in the drop-down of the size selector: “Recieve notice”. When you click on that text, you will be asked for an email where you will recieve a notice of availability as soon as the item is back in stock.

Shipping and Returns


As a general rule, packages are prepared within 48 hours after receipt of payment, and are sent through a Courier Company with tracking number and delivery without signature.


You can choose between home delivery, pick up at one of Shuzu Lab store sor at your hotel/holiday accommodation in the Canary Islands. The delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on the place of delivery.

In addition, you have to take into account that...

-          In sales period and during promotions, delivery time may be longer tan usual.

-          As soon as your order leaves our stores, we will inform you by email.

-          Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed Price, while transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to lump together all your ítems in one order. We can not combine to different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.

-          We are not responsable for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile ítems. Boxes are large and your ítems will be well protected.
